Is the Sweetcrispy espresso machine worth it for a beginner?

It is a low-cost way to learn espresso and milk frothing. Expect to practice grind size and shot timing, since the machine is semi-automatic and does not do that for you.

Does the 20-bar pressure make better espresso?

Bar rating is a pump spec, not a quality guarantee. Espresso extracts around 9 bar at the group, so grind and dose matter more than the 20-bar number.

Can I brew and steam milk at the same time?

No. It is a single-boiler machine, so you pull the shot first, then switch to the steam wand to froth milk.

How many shots does the 34-ounce reservoir hold?

Roughly six to eight single shots depending on how much water you flush and steam. Plan on refilling during a small gathering.

What comes in the box?

Typically the machine, a portafilter, and a scoop or tamper. Check the listing for the exact included accessories before buying.

Budget espresso machines like this one tend to drop during holiday sales and back-to-school events. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.
