Our take on the Syngar 32 in. Wood Burning Fire Pit Table with Mesh Lid, Grate, BBQ Grill and Poker

The Syngar 32 in. wood burning fire pit table is a black steel bowl on a stand, sold with a mesh lid, log grate, BBQ grill insert and poker. The 32-inch bowl is wide enough for a real fire, and the grill insert lets it double as a small charcoal-style BBQ. At $57.89 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is a low-cost entry point for a backyard fire pit.

Questions and answers

Is the Syngar fire pit worth it?
At $57.89 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is a cheap way to get a 32-inch wood fire pit with a lid and grill insert. Expect basic steel that needs a cover, not a long-term fixture.
Does it come with everything needed?
The box includes the fire pit, mesh lid, log grate, BBQ grill insert and poker. You supply the wood and a lighter.
Can I cook on it?
Yes, the grill insert sits over the fire for burgers and hot dogs. It is small and heat is uneven, so treat it as occasional cooking rather than a full grill.
How do I keep it from rusting?
Empty the ash after each use and cover or store the pit when not in use. A fitted cover and a dry spot will slow rust considerably.
When is it cheapest?
Fire pits usually drop in late summer and around Black Friday. Check the price history before buying outside those windows.
