The Tabu Compact Washer and Dryer Set pairs a 19 lb full-automatic washer with a separate 2.6 cu. ft. dryer, both in white and grey with stainless steel drums. It is aimed at small spaces where a stacked or side-by-side pair of compact units fits better than a full-size laundry pair. Questions and answers

Is the Tabu compact washer and dryer set worth it?
At $297 at Walmart as of November 3, 2026, it is one of the cheapest ways to get a separate washer and dryer. The 2.5 out of 5 rating from 34 buyers means you should weigh reliability risk against the low price.
How big is the dryer compared with the washer?
The washer takes 19 lb loads and the dryer holds 2.6 cu. ft. The dryer is the smaller half, so a full washer load may need to be split into two dryer cycles.
Does it fit in an apartment?
Yes, that is the main use case. Both units are compact, so measure your closet or alcove and confirm door swing and hookups before buying.
What is included in the set?
The set includes the full-automatic washer and the compact dryer. Check the Walmart listing for hoses, vent kit and power cord, since accessories are not confirmed here.
When is the price lowest?
Only one store lists it new, so there is little price competition. Watch for Walmart rollbacks around major sale events rather than expecting a broad price war.
Where is the Tabu Compact Washer and Dryer Combo Set 19lbs with 2.6 Cu. Ft. Dryer cheapest?
At Walmart, for $297.00, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Tabu Compact Washer and Dryer Combo Set 19lbs with 2.6 Cu. Ft. Dryer?
Rated 2.5 out of 5 from 34 ratings.
