Is this set worth it at $131.99?

At $131.99 at Macy's as of November 7, 2026, it is a cheap way to get three spinner cases with TSA locks. Expect budget-level durability, so it suits light or occasional travel more than weekly flying.

How does ABS compare with polycarbonate?

ABS is lighter on the wallet but stiffer and more prone to cracking under impact. Polycarbonate flexes and absorbs hits better, but sets like this one usually cost two to three times as much.

What sizes are in the set?

It is a three-piece set; the largest case is 28 inches tall and 19.3 inches wide outside, with 9.9 inches of internal depth plus 2 inches of expansion. The smaller two cases are carry-on and medium sizes.

Are the locks TSA-approved?

Yes. The built-in locks are TSA-approved, so security agents can open them without breaking the case.

How much does the set weigh?

About 21.12 pounds total. The 28-inch case is the heaviest, so check your airline's checked-bag limit before you fill it.

Hardside sets like this usually drop during back-to-school and Black Friday sales. The current $131.99 is already near the bottom of its recent range, so waiting may not save much.
