Is the TCL S45H worth it at $79.99?

At $79.99 at Walmart as of November 4, 2026, it is a cheap way to add clearer dialogue and virtual surround to a TV. It has been as low as $68.00, so waiting for a dip saves about $12.

Does it come with a subwoofer?

No. It is a 2.0-channel bar with a built-in bass reflex port, so bass comes from the bar itself and will not match a separate subwoofer.

Will it work with my TV?

It connects over HDMI eARC, optical, AUX or Bluetooth. Any TV with an optical output works; HDMI eARC gives the simplest one-cable setup and is needed for the full Dolby Atmos passthrough.

The bar, a wireless remote, a wall mount kit and an HDMI cable are included.

Can I stream music to it?

Yes, over Bluetooth from a phone or tablet. It has no Wi-Fi and no built-in streaming apps.

Its lowest recorded daily price was $68.00 on November 4, 2026, against $79.99 on November 5. Watch for drops around sales events.
