The TCM Charge Pipe Kit replaces the plastic charge pipe on B58 Gen 2 engines in G-series BMW 3.0T models (M240i, M340i, M440i, 540i) and the A90 Toyota Supra 3.0T. It uses a T6061 mandrel-bent aluminum pipe with CNC-machined flanges, a red powdercoat finish, 4-ply silicone couplers and stainless clamps. Two 1/8" NPT bungs with plugs let you add water-methanol injection later. It is a reliability and airflow upgrade aimed at tuned cars running above stock boost.

You’ll notice an increase in throttle response and a decrease in turbo lag. It’s is a must for vehicles tuned to run higher than stock boost level.

On a stock tune the main benefit is reliability: the aluminum pipe will not crack like the plastic factory part. Throttle response and turbo lag gains are modest unless the car is tuned.
