Our take on the Techsmarter Magnetic 5000mAh Wireless Power Bank Portable Phone Charger with Finger Holder Strap

A slim 5000mAh magnetic power bank that snaps onto MagSafe iPhones and charges them wirelessly at up to 15W, with an 18W USB-C PD port for wired top-ups. A built-in kickstand and finger strap make it usable while attached. At $15.13 at eBay as of November 7, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range across the three stores that carry it.

Best foriPhone owners who want a pocketable MagSafe batteryStandby charging while scrolling or on callsShort trips and commutes where a full-size bank is overkillBuyers who want wireless and wired charging in one slim unit
Pros
  • Magnetic attachment aligns the coil and holds the phone securely
  • Slim at 0.40in and light enough to leave attached
  • 18W USB-C PD output can fast-charge a phone by cable
  • Kickstand and finger strap add grip and hands-free viewing
  • Overcharge and short-circuit protection with TurboGuard safety certification
  • Airline-safe capacity
Cons
  • 5000mAh gives roughly one partial charge, not a full day for most phones
  • Wireless charging is slower and heats up more than the wired port
  • Magnet strength depends on using a MagSafe-compatible case
  • Only one USB-C port, so you cannot charge two devices by cable at once
  • Small 10-rating sample makes the 4.1 score a weak signal

Questions and answers

Does it work with non-MagSafe iPhones?
It charges any Qi phone wirelessly, but the magnetic hold only works with MagSafe iPhones or a MagSafe-compatible case. Without a magnet ring it will sit loose.
How many charges will 5000mAh give my phone?
Roughly one partial charge for most iPhones. Expect about 60 to 80 percent of a battery, less after wireless losses.
Can I charge it and my phone at the same time?
Yes, pass-through charging works through the USB-C port, but the bank charges slowly while also powering a phone.
How fast is the wired port?
The USB-C port delivers up to 18W PD, enough for fast charging on recent iPhones with a USB-C to Lightning or USB-C cable.
Is it allowed on a plane?
Yes. At 5000mAh it is well under the 100Wh carry-on limit for lithium batteries.
When is it cheapest?
The lowest recent price is $15.13 at eBay as of November 7, 2026. Magnetic banks this size often dip during back-to-school and Black Friday sales.
