Questions and answers

Is 20 lb right for me?

Weighted blankets are usually chosen at about 10% of body weight. 20 lb suits adults around 180 to 200 lb; people under about 130 lb should look at 12 to 15 lb.

Will it fit a queen bed?

Yes. At 60x80 inches it matches a queen mattress, though it drapes over the edges rather than hanging to the floor.

Does the cooling cover really help?

It breathes better than standard polyester, but a 20 lb blanket still holds heat. Hot sleepers should pair it with a light duvet or use it in cooler months.

Can I machine wash it?

Yes, it is machine washable. Use cold water on a gentle cycle and air-dry or tumble on low, since high heat can damage the fill.

Is $41.63 a good price?

It is low for a 20 lb cooling blanket, which usually runs $50 to $100. Only two stores list it new, so compare both before buying.
