- Is this tree good for a small apartment?
- Yes. The pencil shape is made for narrow spaces like entryways, hallways and small living rooms. It holds fewer ornaments than a full-width tree.

- Yes. It is pre-lit with white lights, so you don't need to string your own.
- How tall is it, and how wide?
- The listing doesn't state height or width here. Check the product page for the exact size before ordering, since pencil trees vary.
- Will the flocking make a mess?
- Some shedding is normal with flocked trees, especially during setup and when packed away. Unpack it over a sheet or drop cloth.
- Is $39.90 a good price?
