Is 15 oz too big for a normal cup of coffee?

It is larger than the typical 11 oz mug, so it suits a big pour or a latte. A standard 8 oz cup will look half full.

Is it dishwasher and microwave safe?

The Memory Company does not clearly state this for every speckled mug. Hand washing is the safer choice to keep the Vikings print from fading, and check the base sticker before microwaving.

Is it a good gift for a Vikings fan?

Yes. It is an officially branded mug in a useful size, and it does not depend on clothing sizes. It is a low-cost fan gift rather than a collectible.

How does it compare with a standard team mug?

It holds about 4 oz more and has a speckled glaze instead of a plain finish. The trade-off is extra weight and a higher price than basic 11 oz team mugs.

When is the best time to buy it?

Team drinkware usually drops around the holidays and after the season ends. Compare the live price against its recent range before buying.
