Is the Freedom Snow Suit waterproof?

Yes. The listing marks it as waterproof outerwear, which suits wet snow and slush. No waterproof rating or seam-sealing detail is given.

What sizes does it come in?

Listed sizes are US youth 5, 6 and 7. Check the size chart before buying, since kids' snowsuits run roomy for layering.

Is it insulated or just a shell?

The listing does not state insulation. Treat it as a waterproof outer layer and plan base and mid layers for cold days unless the product page says otherwise.

Is $190 a good price?

It is the best new price across the 4 stores selling it new as of November 7, 2026. No recent price history was provided, so compare against other stores before buying.

Can a child wear it without a jacket and pants?

Yes. It is a full one-piece suit, so it replaces a separate ski jacket and snow pants. That means fewer gaps but less mix-and-match flexibility.

Is it only for skiing?

No. It works for sledding and snow play too. The ski-oriented build matters most on the slopes.
