Is this set worth it for a beginner?

Yes, if you want one purchase that covers shaking, measuring and straining. A beginner will use the shaker, jigger and strainer most; the extra tools are a bonus.

How many pieces are actually in the box?

The listing states 18 pieces, though the name says 6. Expect the shaker plus core bar tools and the bamboo stand; check the included-accessories list before buying if an exact count matters.

Is the 25 oz shaker big enough for two cocktails?

Yes. A 25 oz cobbler shaker holds enough for two standard drinks with ice, which is the usual reason to pick this size over a smaller 18 oz shaker.

Can the shaker and tools go in the dishwasher?

Hand washing is safer. Dishwasher heat and detergent dull stainless steel and can damage the bamboo stand, so rinse and dry by hand.

When is this set cheapest?

Cocktail sets usually drop around Black Friday, Christmas and wedding season. Compare the price history across stores rather than buying on the first listing you see.

Our take on the Tinana 6 PCS Cocktail Shaker Set 25oz

The Tinana Cocktail Shaker Set is a stainless steel bartending kit built around a 25 oz cobbler shaker, sold with a bamboo stand to hold the tools. The listing counts 18 pieces in total, covering the shaker, jigger, strainer, spoon and other bar tools, and the steel is described as rust-resistant. It is aimed at both beginners and working bartenders, and the bamboo stand makes it a common gift pick. No current price was provided, so compare store prices before buying.
