Our take on the Tivoli Audio Model Sub Wireless Subwoofer

The Tivoli Audio Model Sub is a compact powered subwoofer meant to add bass to Tivoli's Model One and Model Two radio systems and other small setups. It connects over Wi-Fi or RCA and has a 25 W amplifier, so it is a modest bass helper rather than a room-shaking home theater sub. Its price has moved between $79.00 and $99.00 recently, with the low of $79.00 seen on October 30, 2026.

Best forOwners of Tivoli Model One or Model Two radiosSmall rooms and desksListeners who want fuller bass at low volumeBuyers who prefer a wireless sub connection
Pros
  • Wireless Wi-Fi connection cuts cable clutter
  • RCA input works with older wired setups
  • Compact footprint suits shelves and small rooms
  • Matches Tivoli's retro radio styling
Cons
  • 25 W is low for a subwoofer; bass stays subtle
  • Not a fit for large rooms or movie soundtracks
  • Limited to Tivoli-style systems more than full AV rigs
  • Fewer connection options than mainstream subs

Questions and answers

Is the Model Sub worth it?
It is worth it if you already own a Tivoli radio or small system and want a bit more low end. For a full home theater, a larger sub with more power will serve you better.
How much power does it have?
The amplifier is rated at 25 W. That is modest for a subwoofer, so expect a gentle bass lift rather than deep, loud rumble.
How does it connect?
It supports Wi-Fi wireless connection and an RCA input. The RCA option lets you wire it to a source that has no wireless output.
Will it work with a Model One radio?
It is designed to pair with Tivoli Audio's small radio systems, including the Model One line. Check that your specific model has the matching wireless or RCA output.
When is the best time to buy?
The price has ranged from $79.00 to $99.00 in recent days, with $79.00 seen on October 30, 2026. Waiting for a drop toward that low is reasonable.
Where can I buy the Tivoli Audio Model Sub Wireless Subwoofer?
