Is the Tlgreen 108-piece socket kit worth it?

For occasional home repairs it is a reasonable budget pick. If you turn bolts daily, spend more on a name-brand set with a clear warranty.

What drive size are the sockets?

The listing does not state the drive size. Confirm it is 1/4-inch or 3/8-inch before buying, since that decides which ratchet and extensions fit.

Does it work for car repairs?

It is rated for home, residential and engineering use, not automotive duty. Light car work is possible, but lug nuts and rusted bolts need a heavier set.

What comes in the box?

The set has 108 pieces, but the exact mix of sockets, bits and accessories is not listed. Check the piece breakdown before you buy.

When is the price lowest?

Budget tool kits usually dip during holiday sales and back-to-school promotions. Compare stores on this page and buy when the price is below its recent range.

Our take on the Tlgreen 108 Pcs Mechanic Socket Tool Kit

The Tlgreen 108-piece mechanic socket tool kit is a ratcheting socket set aimed at home, residential and light engineering work. The 108-piece count suggests a broad spread of sockets and accessories, but the set is built to a budget rather than professional duty. Its rating sits at 3.6 out of 5 from 10 ratings, so buyer feedback is mixed and the sample is small. No current price was provided, so check the live comparison before buying.
