Is Toku Flow Nattokinase Powder worth $59.99?

At $59.99 for 30 days, you pay about $2 a day for 10,800 FU nattokinase plus K2 MK-7 and beta glucans. That is reasonable if you want all three in one drink mix, but plain nattokinase capsules usually cost less.

How much nattokinase is in each serving?

Each serving provides 10,800 FU of nattokinase activity, a relatively high dose compared with many capsule products. The tub holds 30 days of servings.

Does it contain soy or caffeine?

No. The powder is labeled soy free and caffeine-free, and it is non-GMO and vegan.

Can I take it with blood thinners?

Nattokinase can affect clotting, so talk to your doctor before using it if you take warfarin, aspirin or other blood thinners. The added vitamin K2 MK-7 also matters for warfarin users.

How should I mix the powder?

Stir or shake one serving into water or another drink; the chocolate flavor is designed for a cocoa-style drink. Follow the serving size on the label rather than guessing.
