Questions and answers

Is percale good for hot sleepers?
Yes. Percale is a plain, open weave that lets air through and feels crisp rather than clingy, which is why warm sleepers favor it over sateen.
Will these sheets fit a deep king mattress?
The fitted sheet is cut for mattresses up to 18 inches deep, so it covers standard and pillow-top king beds.
Do they soften after washing?
Yes. Cotton percale breaks in over several washes and gets softer, though it stays crisp rather than silky.
What is in the four-piece set?
One flat king sheet, one fitted king sheet and two king pillowcases.
Is $40 a good price for this set?
It is the best new price among 7 stores as of November 7, 2026, and low for a branded cotton percale king set, so it is a good buy if you want the stripe.
How should I wash them?
Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Shake them out and fold promptly to limit wrinkles.
Where is the Tommy Bahama Cool Beach Stripe Cotton Percale Sheet Set cheapest?
At eBay, for $40.00, 54% under what the other stores charge, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Tommy Bahama Cool Beach Stripe Cotton Percale Sheet Set?
