A 26 oz bulk bag of Tootsie Roll Child's Play assorted candies, the mix of small Tootsie Rolls, Tootsie Pops and fruit chews that suits Halloween handouts, party bowls and piñatas. The candy is gluten free and made in North America. At $7.99 at Blain's Farm & Fleet as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price listed, so there is no recent range to compare against; that works out to about 31 cents an ounce.
