The ToppiJoy 12-Step Retractable Loft Ladder is a wall-mounted telescoping ladder meant to replace a bulky attic stair and free up floor space. It uses an alloy steel spring to extend and retract, comes with a pull rod and optional handrails, and has anti-slip feet. The listing gives conflicting load figures (661 lb and 881.85 lb), so treat the lower number as the real limit. It ships with no written warranty.
