Is the Racer Tote worth it?

It is worth it if you want a zip-top canvas tote with a designer look and don't need leather durability. At full price it competes with leather totes from other brands, so a markdown makes it a stronger buy.

Does it fit a laptop?

The tote's roomy body generally fits a 13-inch laptop plus a pouch and water bottle. Check the listed dimensions before buying if you carry a 15-inch or larger machine.

Is the canvas easy to clean?

Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, and let it air dry away from heat. Avoid machine washing, which can distort the shape and fade the stripes.

Does the zip closure run the full width?

The top zip closes across the opening to secure the main compartment. Small items still need a pouch, since there are no exterior zip pockets on this style.

Tory Burch canvas totes tend to drop during seasonal sales and end-of-season clearances. Compare the current price against its recent range before buying.

Our take on the Tory Burch Women's Racer Tote

The Tory Burch Racer Tote is a canvas shoulder tote with a striped pattern, a zip top and a rose colorway. It is a roomy everyday carry with a structured shape and a double-strap shoulder drop. The zip closure keeps contents covered, which sets it apart from many open-top canvas totes. It sits in Tory Burch's mid-tier price band, so watch for seasonal markdowns rather than paying full price.
