- Is this tree safe to leave outside all winter?
- It is sold as an outdoor tree, so it is made for exterior display. Check the light wiring and any power connections are rated for damp conditions before leaving it out through storms.
- What lights does it come with?
- It comes pre-lit with white lights. No other light color or lighting mode is listed.
- Why does it cost over $2,000?
- Large outdoor-rated trees with pre-installed lighting carry a premium over indoor trees. The $2,079.99 at Alsip Home & Nursery as of November 6, 2026 is the best new price across the three stores listing it.
- How does it compare with a real outdoor tree?
- A real tree is cheaper up front but lasts one season and drops needles. This one is reusable and already lit, which is where the higher price goes.
- When is the cheapest time to buy it?
- Artificial tree prices usually drop after Christmas and in late-season clearance. Compare the three store prices then rather than buying at full price in early November.
