Is $309.99 a good price for this desk?

It is the only new price listed as of November 7, 2026, so there is no recent range to compare it with. A desk with a file cabinet at this width is usually priced in the low hundreds to around $400, so $309.99 is reasonable but not proven as a low.

How much room does the 63-inch top give me?

At 63 inches wide, it fits a monitor, a laptop and a keyboard with space left for paperwork. That is wide enough for two people to work side by side, though not as deep as some executive desks.

Does the file cabinet hold letter and legal files?

It is built as a file cabinet for a home office, so plan on standard letter-size hanging files. Check the drawer dimensions before buying if you file legal-size folders.

How hard is it to assemble?

A desk this size comes flat-packed and takes an hour or more with two people. Set aside time and floor space, and keep the hardware bag labeled.

Can I put a printer on the shelves?

The open shelves suit a compact printer or paper trays, but check the shelf height and weight limit first. Heavier laser printers are better on the desktop or a separate stand.
