Is the 175 lb limit enough for an adult?

No. At 175 lb it is sized for children and teens. Most adults exceed it, and the loft height makes an overloaded frame risky.

Does the desk come with the bed?

Yes. The desk and storage are part of the frame. The listing is frame only, so mattress and bedding are not included.

What mattress size fits?

A twin mattress. The frame includes slats, so you do not need a box spring.

Can the ladder go on either side?

Yes. The ladder is reversible and can be installed on the left or right to suit the room layout.

What are the real dimensions?

The listing gives conflicting figures: 156.8 by 76.5 by 13.9 inches in one place and 80.4 by 62.6 inches in another. Confirm the footprint with the seller before ordering.

Is $169.99 a good price?

It is the only new price listed as of November 7, 2026, so there is nothing to compare it with. Loft beds with a desk and storage often cost more, so it is reasonable if the frame suits your room.

Where is the Twin Size Loft Bed with Desk and Storage cheapest?

Our take on the Twin Size Loft Bed with Desk and Storage

A twin-size loft bed in white pine with an integrated desk and storage, plus a reversible ladder that mounts on either side. It includes a slatted base and an upholstered headboard. The listed weight capacity is 175 lb, which is low for an adult loft bed. At $169.99 at Amazon as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price available, so there is no recent range to compare against.
