The Umay X5F is a folding 3-in-1 treadmill: it runs as a flat treadmill, an incline walker up to 16%, and a low-speed under-desk pad. It folds for storage, tops out at 6 mph, and carries up to 350 lb. Questions and answers

Is the Umay X5F worth it?
At $229.99 at Umay Fitness as of November 4, 2026, it is a lot of treadmill for the money if you mainly walk or use incline. Runners should look elsewhere because it stops at 6 mph.
Can you run on it?
Only a slow jog. The maximum speed is 6 mph, which suits brisk walking and light jogging but not sustained running.
How steep is the incline?
It adjusts up to 16%, which is steep enough to make walking noticeably harder. There is no decline setting.
Does it work under a standing desk?
Yes. Umay lists it for workstation use, and at walking speeds it fits under a standing desk. Check your desk height and clearance before buying.
How much space does it need when folded?
It folds to free up floor space, but the incline mechanism and 350 lb frame keep it bulky. Measure your storage spot before ordering.
When is it cheapest?
Only one store, Umay Fitness, lists a new price as of November 4, 2026, so there is little to compare. Watch for direct-site sales around major holidays.
Where is the Umay X5F Folding 3-in-1 Portable Treadmill with 16% Incline cheapest?
At Umay Fitness, for $229.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Umay X5F Folding 3-in-1 Portable Treadmill with 16% Incline?
Rated 4.7 out of 5 from 184 ratings.
