Is $11.89 a good price for these nails?

It is the only new price listed, at Target as of November 3, 2026, so there is no recent range to judge against. For a single coffin set in ABS, it sits in the budget press-on tier.

How long do they last?

With proper prep and nail glue, press-ons like these typically last one to two weeks. Expect shorter wear if you use adhesive tabs or do heavy hand work.

Can I paint or file them?

Yes. The ABS surface takes regular polish and can be gently filed at the tip. File in one direction to avoid splitting.

What is included in the box?

The listing describes one count of false nails. Check the pack for glue or adhesive tabs before buying, since some single-count sets include only the nails.

Do they work on short natural nails?

Yes, but the coffin tip adds length. If your natural nails are very short, choose sizes that sit close to the cuticle so the press-on does not lift.
