Questions and answers

Is this rug good for homes with pets and kids?
Yes. The polypropylene pile is stain-resistant and the rug is described as kid- and pet-friendly and easy to clean. Spills wipe up more easily than on wool, though the 0.5-inch pile still traps some dirt.
Will the blue match the photos?
Not always. Several owners report the blue arriving darker than pictured, and some say the medallion colors differ from the image. Order knowing the shade may be deeper in person.
How do I get rid of the wrinkles?
Some rugs arrive folded, and the creases can take time to relax. Roll it pile-side out, let it sit in a warm room for a few days, and use a rug pad; gentle heat from a hair dryer can help.
Does it shed?
It is described as shed-free. Polypropylene rugs generally shed less than wool, though new rugs can release a little loose fiber at first.
What size room does a 9' x 12' rug fit?
It suits a large living room or dining room, with front furniture legs on the rug or a full dining set centered on it. Measure your space first, since 9' x 12' fills most of a mid-size room.
What is in the box?
The rug only. A rug pad is not included and is worth adding on hard floors to reduce slipping and extend the rug's life.
