Is this set warm enough for winter?

It works as a base layer in cool to cold weather, but the fleece is thin. In freezing conditions most people add a mid layer or a heavier outer coat.

Does it shrink or run small?

The size-S chest is listed at 35.8 inches and the waist at 24 inches, which points to a slim cut. Size up if you are between sizes or want a looser fit.

Can I machine wash it?

The care label says hand wash only. Machine washing risks pilling the fleece and stretching the spandex, so hand wash in cool water and air dry.

What is included in the set?

One turtleneck long-sleeve top and one pair of long johns. It is a single set, not a multipack.

Is it good for sports and sweating?

The polyester blend wicks moisture and the listing calls it quick drying. It is fine for light activity, but for heavy sweat all-day wear a merino blend breathes better.

Our take on the UNIQUEBELLA Thermal Underwear for Men Sets Top Turtle Long Johns Fleece Sweat Quick Drying Thermo Base Layer

A two-piece thermal base layer set: a turtleneck long-sleeve top and matching long johns in a 90% polyester, 10% spandex fleece-lined knit. The stretch blend and brushed interior are built for cold-weather layering under jeans or work pants. It is hand wash only, which is unusual for synthetic base layers and worth knowing before you buy.
