Our take on the Uproot Eye Wipe Pads

Uproot Eye Wipe Pads are pre-moistened eye wipes for dogs and cats, sold 100 to a canister, aimed at daily tear-stain and grime cleanup around sensitive eyes. They are sulfate-, paraben- and harsh-chemical-free, hypoallergenic and ophthalmologist tested. At $8.50 for 100 wipes at eBay as of November 4, 2026, the price works out to under 9 cents a wipe, and it is the lowest of the two new prices tracked.

Questions and answers

Are these safe for daily use on cats?
They are made for pets generally, including cats, and are ophthalmologist tested and hypoallergenic. Wipe gently around the eye and avoid the eyeball itself.
Will they remove existing tear stains?
They clean dirt and fresh tear residue, so daily use helps keep stains from building up. Set-in stains on white fur usually fade slowly, if at all, and may need a vet visit if tearing has a medical cause.
How many wipes do I get and how long do they last?
Each canister holds 100 wipes. Used once a day on one pet, that is about three months.
What is in them?
Uproot lists them as free of sulfates, parabens and harsh chemicals, and non-toxic. A full ingredient list is not published, so check the canister label if your pet has known allergies.
Is $8.50 a good price?
It is the lowest of the two new prices tracked as of November 4, 2026, at about 9 cents a wipe. That is a fair price for a 100-count canister of tested eye wipes.
