Our take on the Upside Golf Bluetooth Golf Speaker w/ Magnetic Mount & EV Case

The Upside Golf Bluetooth Golf Speaker is a portable, waterproof speaker built around a NeoMag magnet that snaps onto golf carts, irons and other metal surfaces. It is IPX7 rated, pairs with a second unit for stereo, and claims Bluetooth range up to 200 feet. The only new price found is $69.99 at Upside Golf as of November 5, 2026, with no other store listing it new, so there is no recent range to compare against.

Best forGolfers who want music on the cart without a mount or clampPlayers who leave a speaker clipped to a cart in rain or dewBuyers who want to pair two speakers for stereo outdoorsAnyone who wants a magnet-mounted speaker for tailgates and workshops
Pros
  • NeoMag magnet mounts to metal in about a second, no bracket needed
  • IPX7 waterproof, rated for immersion up to 3 feet
  • Dual Stereo Connect pairs two speakers for stereo sound
  • Long claimed Bluetooth range of about 200 feet
  • Drop tested at 4 feet and includes USB-C and 3.5mm cables
Cons
  • Only one store lists it new, so price competition is limited
  • Battery claims differ between the listing (12 hours) and the brand page (15 hours)
  • Magnet only helps on metal; it needs a flat spot on carts and bags
  • Single 2-channel speaker, so stereo requires buying a second unit
  • No published driver size, wattage or weight

Questions and answers

Is the Upside Golf speaker worth $69.99?
At $69.99 at Upside Golf as of November 5, 2026, you pay a premium for the magnet and IPX7 rating rather than raw audio power. If cart mounting matters to you, it is a fair price; if you just want loud outdoor sound, a standard Bluetooth speaker costs less.
How long does the battery last?
The product listing states 12 hours and the brand page states 15 hours, so expect somewhere in that range at moderate volume. Loud playback outdoors will shorten it.
Can I pair two speakers together?
Yes. Dual Stereo Connect links two units into left and right channels. You need a second speaker, which is sold separately.
Will the magnet hold on a golf cart?
It sticks to any metal surface, including most cart frames and steel clubs. It will not stick to plastic cart bodies, so check for a metal panel before relying on it.
What comes in the box?
The speaker, a USB-C charging cable, a 3.5mm audio cable and a carry rope. No wall charger is listed.
Is it waterproof enough for rain?
It is IPX7 rated, meaning it survives immersion in up to 3 feet of water. Rain and splashes are fine, but close the port cover before it gets wet.
Where is the Upside Golf Bluetooth Golf Speaker w/ Magnetic Mount & EV Case cheapest?
At Upside Golf, for $69.99, as of our latest check.
What do buyers say about the Upside Golf Bluetooth Golf Speaker w/ Magnetic Mount & EV Case?
