Is the VP321 worth it over a home chamber sealer?

If you seal liquids, sauces or game in volume, yes. The oil pump and 16-inch seal bar do jobs cheaper units struggle with. For occasional home use, a smaller chamber sealer costs far less.

What bags does it use?

It takes chamber vacuum pouches up to 16 inches wide, including 5 mil Mylar pouches. Standard textured vacuum bags for external sealers are not the right fit.

How long does a cycle take?

Expect 20 to 40 seconds per cycle, depending on the program and the food. You can store 10 vacuum and seal time combinations for repeat jobs.

Does it work for liquids and sauces?

Yes. The chamber pulls vacuum around the whole pouch, so liquids stay in the bag instead of being sucked into the machine.

The sealer ships as the countertop unit itself. Pouches and accessories are sold separately, so budget for a starter supply of chamber pouches.

When is the price lowest?

The best new price seen is $1,813.99 at Vacuum Sealers Unlimited as of November 4, 2026. Check price history before buying, since commercial units rarely discount deeply.
