Vasque Women's Talus WT NTX

Our take on the Vasque Women's Talus WT NTX

The Vasque Women's Talus WT NTX is a women's winter hiking boot with a waterproof upper, 200g insulation and a Vasque Nordic Rover outsole using the ColdHold compound for grip on cold ground. It is built for snowy trails and cold-weather day hikes rather than summer backpacking. The best new price is $54.97 at eBay as of November 3, 2026, well above the $41.09 low recorded the same day, so the current listing is not the cheapest seen.

Questions and answers

Is the Talus WT NTX warm enough for winter hiking?

It has 200g insulation and a waterproof upper, which suits cold-weather day hikes and snowy trails. It is not a mountaineering boot, so pair it with warm socks for deep cold.

How does it compare with a regular three-season hiking boot?

It runs warmer and heavier because of the insulation and the ColdHold winter outsole. For summer or mild-weather hiking, a lighter uninsulated boot will be more comfortable.

Is the boot true to size?

Vasque women's hiking boots generally fit close to standard street size, and the lacing lets you adjust volume. Try them with the socks you plan to hike in, since insulation takes up room.

What is the best price seen for this boot?

The lowest daily price recorded is $41.09 on November 3, 2026. The best new price that day was $54.97 at eBay, so watch for drops back toward the low.

Is it worth buying at $54.97?

That is a low price for a waterproof insulated hiking boot, and only one store lists it new. If you need a winter boot now, it is reasonable; if you can wait, the price has room to fall toward $41.

What is in the box?

You get the pair of boots as listed. Insoles, spare laces and other extras are not stated, so check the listing before ordering.

Where is the Vasque Women's Talus WT NTX cheapest?

At eBay, for $82.50, as of our latest check.

Where can I buy the Vasque Women's Talus WT NTX?

3 stores we checked sell it, including eBay, Great Lakes Outpost, SportsShoes.com.
