Our take on the Vera Bradley Oversized Blanket

The Vera Bradley Oversized Blanket is a 66 by 94 inch throw made of 100% polyester microfleece, sold as an outlet exclusive. That size covers a twin bed or a longer dorm bed and still drapes over the sides, which is the main reason people pick it over a standard 50 by 60 throw. It is machine washable and built for warmth rather than lightweight layering. Its price has held at $25.50 since October 28, 2026, so there is no cheaper day in its recent history to wait for.

Questions and answers

Is the Vera Bradley Oversized Blanket worth it?
At $25.50 it is a low-cost way to get a genuinely oversized fleece throw. If you need full twin-bed coverage and softness matters more than breathability, it is a solid buy.
How big is it compared with a standard throw?
It measures 66 inches wide by 94 inches long. A typical throw is about 50 by 60 inches, so this covers a twin or long dorm bed with room to spare.
Is it warm enough for winter?
The microfleece is warm for a single-layer throw and works well over sheets or on a couch. For very cold rooms, most people would still want a comforter underneath.
Can I machine wash and dry it?
Yes, it is machine washable. Wash cold and tumble dry low to limit pilling and static.
Is $25.50 a good price?
It is the lowest price recorded since October 28, 2026, and the highest over that span, so the price has been flat. There is no cheaper recent point to wait for.
What is in the box?
One blanket. It is sold as a single throw, not a set with pillows or shams.
What do buyers say about the Vera Bradley Oversized Blanket?
Rated 4.8 out of 5 from 450 ratings.
