The Veto Pro Pac TP-XXL is a large open-top tool pouch built for technicians who carry a full set of hand tools to a job. It measures 15 by 15 by 8.1 inches and weighs 7.2 pounds empty, so it holds a lot but is meant to be carried by its handle or set down, not worn on a belt. The best new price is $274.95 at The Home Depot as of November 8, 2026, the only new price listed. That sits at the top of what Veto's large pouches cost, so it is a buy for people who want one rugged carrier, not a budget pick.

Owners of Veto's large pouches generally rate the build and tool organization highly, and many say the bags outlast cheaper rivals. The common complaints are weight and price once the pouch is loaded.
