Questions and answers

Is it worth buying over a corded SDS-Plus hammer?

For occasional holes where an outlet is nearby, a corded hammer gives more power per dollar. This kit makes sense when you need cordless freedom and keep the work light.

Does it use standard SDS-Plus bits?

Yes. The SDS-Plus chuck takes standard SDS-Plus masonry bits, so you are not locked into a proprietary bit system.

How long does the battery last?

Expect short runtime under continuous hammering; treat it as a few dozen small anchor holes per charge rather than all-day drilling. Charge between tasks on bigger jobs.

What comes in the box?

The kit is sold as a cordless hammer drill kit, so it includes the tool, a 20V battery and a charger. Confirm the exact bit and case contents with the listing before ordering.

Can it drill into reinforced concrete?

It can manage small holes in plain concrete and brick, but rebar will stop it. For reinforced concrete, rent or buy a corded SDS-Plus or SDS-Max hammer.

When is it cheapest?

Only one store lists it new, at $61.53 at Best Buy as of November 3, 2026, so there is little price competition. Watch for holiday sales at that store rather than expecting cross-store discounts.

Where is the VEVOR 20V Cordless SDS-Plus Rotary Hammer Drill Kit cheapest?
