Is the VEVOR 7-in-1 weather station worth it?

At $94.90 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, it is a cheap way to get a large color display plus wind, rain and UV sensors. Expect to spend time on setup and occasional recalibration.

Does it work without Wi-Fi?

Yes. The indoor display reads the outdoor sensor directly, so core measurements keep working if Wi-Fi drops. The app and remote viewing need a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connection.

The kit includes the 7.5-inch display, the solar-assisted outdoor sensor array and mounting hardware. Batteries are typically not included.

How often do I change batteries?

The solar panel helps recharge the outdoor sensor, but most owners still replace its batteries roughly once a year. The indoor display runs on an AC adapter with battery backup.

Can it upload to Weather Underground?

VEVOR's app supports sharing to some weather networks, but check the current app listing before buying if that is your main use. Owners report the feature varies by firmware.

Only one store listed a new price as of November 7, 2026, so there is little to compare. Watch for seasonal sales at Walmart and other retailers.
