Is $35.90 a good price for heated socks?

Yes, it is cheap for the category; most branded heated socks sell for $60 to $150. But the 2.3 out of 5 rating means the low price buys you a riskier product. Two stores list it new, so compare both before buying.

How long does the battery actually last?

VEVOR claims up to 7 hours, but that is at the lowest of the four heat levels. Expect noticeably less at 70°C. A full charge takes about 7 hours.

Can I wash the socks with the battery in?

No. The socks are machine or hand washable, but the battery and wiring must be removed first. Follow the care instructions and let them dry fully before reconnecting power.

Will one size fit me?

VEVOR states a fit range of US 6–14, which covers most adults. The sock is unisex and one size, so very small or very large feet may find it loose or snug.

How do I control the heat?

There is a physical button on the sock and a phone app. The button is quicker on the trail; the app lets you change levels without reaching down.

Is it worth it over a cheaper non-heated sock plus hand warmers?

If you need steady, adjustable heat for hours while sitting still, heated socks are more convenient than disposable warmers. Given the weak rating, buy from a store with easy returns in case the heat or battery disappoints.
