Is the VEVOR 5 gallon shop vacuum good for a garage?

Yes. The 5-gallon tank and wet/dry pickup suit sawdust, dirt and small spills around a garage. It is not the choice for large jobs that need long run times and a big tank.

Can it pick up water?

Yes. It is a wet and dry vacuum, so it can suction spilled water as well as dry debris. Empty and dry the tank after wet use.

How does it compare with a 12-gallon shop vac?

It is smaller and easier to carry, but holds less than half the debris and needs emptying more often. Pick the larger size if you clean big areas in one go.

What comes in the box?

A shop vacuum of this type typically ships with a hose and a basic nozzle or crevice tool. Check the listing for the exact attachments included.

When is the best time to buy it?

At $60.90 at Best Buy as of November 7, 2026, it is the only new price we track, so there is no lower recent price to wait for. Watch for seasonal sales at other retailers.
