Our take on the VEVOR Swivel Shower Chair with Arms and Back, 400 lbs Capacity

The VEVOR Swivel Shower Chair is a bath seat with a swiveling seat, padded arms and a backrest, built on an aluminum frame rated to 400 lbs. The swivel lets you turn to sit down and stand up without twisting on a wet floor, and the arms give something to push against. At $57.57 at eBay as of November 7, 2026, it is the lowest of the five stores that carry it new, so the current price sits at the bottom of its recent range.

Best forPeople with limited balance or mobility who need support in the showerAnyone over 250 lbs who needs a higher-capacity bath seatHouseholds where a caregiver helps with bathingBuyers who want a swivel seat rather than a fixed stool

Pros

400 lb capacity is well above most shower chairs

Aluminum frame resists rust
Tool-free assembly in most cases

Cons

Swivel mechanism can feel loose over time
Suction-cup feet may not grip textured or tiled floors well
Arms are fixed and get in the way of some transfers
Bulkier than a simple stool for small tubs

Questions and answers

Is $57.57 a good price for this shower chair?: It is the lowest of the five stores listing it new as of November 7, 2026, so it is a good price against the current market. Prices on this type of chair move little, so waiting is unlikely to save much.
Does the seat swivel a full 360 degrees?: Yes, the seat rotates so you can turn toward the shower or the door before standing. Locking it in place is not part of the design, so expect some movement while seated.
How much weight does it hold?: The aluminum frame is rated to 400 lbs, which is higher than most shower chairs rated at 250 to 300 lbs. The rating assumes the feet are on a flat, sound surface.
Does it fit in a standard bathtub?: It is sized for tubs and walk-in showers, but the arms and back make it wider than a plain stool. Measure your tub width and the space around the drain before buying.
Is assembly required?: Yes, the legs, back and arms attach with the included hardware. Most owners report it takes only a few minutes and needs no tools beyond what is in the box.
Can the height be adjusted?: The legs are not adjustable on this model, so check the fixed seat height against your tub or shower before ordering.
Where is the VEVOR Swivel Shower Chair with Arms and Back, 400 lbs Capacity cheapest?: At eBay, for $57.57, as of our latest check.
Where can I buy the VEVOR Swivel Shower Chair with Arms and Back, 400 lbs Capacity?: 5 stores we checked sell it, including eBay, VEVOR, Target, Lowe's, Wayfair.
