Is the Vibe 12-inch mattress good for side sleepers?

Yes. Its medium firmness gives side sleepers enough give at the shoulder and hip without feeling too soft. Back sleepers generally find it supportive too.

Does the gel foam actually sleep cool?

The gel infusion helps compared with plain memory foam, but it is still an all-foam mattress. Hot sleepers may want a cooling cover or a hybrid instead.

What is included with the mattress?

The mattress only. No foundation or box spring is included, so you need a frame, platform, or adjustable base.

How long does it take to expand?

Most of the expansion happens within a few hours of unrolling, and the mattress reaches full height in about 24 to 48 hours.

Is it safe for children?

Vibe lists it for adults, not kids. The foam is CertiPUR-US certified, but the brand does not market this model for children.

When is the best time to buy it?

At $199.91 at eBay as of November 8, 2026, it is already near the bottom of its recent range. Holiday and mattress-sale periods are when foam beds usually drop further.
