How much tea does the Amazonia teapot hold?

About 0.317 gallons, or roughly 1.2 quarts — around four to six standard cups.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Villeroy & Boch lists it as dishwasher safe. Because of the gold decoration, a gentle cycle and low heat are the safer choice for keeping the trim bright.

Is it real bone china?

Yes. The listing specifies bone china, which is lighter and more translucent than standard porcelain.

Does it match the rest of the Amazonia collection?

Yes. The floral and bird pattern is the Amazonia line's design, so it coordinates with Amazonia plates, cups and serving pieces.

Is $139.95 a good price?

Only one store, Replacements Ltd., lists it new at $139.95 as of November 7, 2026, so there is no lower new price to compare. Check whether open-box or replacement pieces cost less before buying.

What comes in the box?
