Is the Advanced version worth it over plain Collagen Peptides?

Advanced adds 120 mg hyaluronic acid and 90 mg vitamin C to the same 20 g of bovine collagen. If you already take a vitamin C supplement or a hyaluronic acid pill, plain Collagen Peptides covers the collagen for less.

How much collagen is in each serving?

Each 3-tablespoon serving has 20 g of hydrolyzed Types I and III bovine collagen, plus 18 g protein and 70 calories. The 20 oz tub gives about 27 servings.

Does it dissolve in coffee or cold drinks?

It dissolves readily in hot coffee and tea. In cold water or smoothies, whisk or blend it or it can clump and settle at the bottom.

Is it gluten-free and kosher?

Yes. It is gluten-free, certified kosher, Paleo-friendly and Whole30 Approved, with no artificial sweeteners, colors or flavors.
