Our take on the Voluspa Baltic Amber Large Scented Candle Jar 18 oz

The Voluspa Baltic Amber Large Jar is an 18 oz coconut-wax candle in a glass jar, part of Voluspa's amber-and-resin scent family. Baltic amber is a warm, sweet blend of amber resin, sandalwood and vanilla, and the large jar is built for long, even burns over many evenings. It is a gift-friendly, decor-friendly candle rather than a novelty one. Compare the current best price against its recent range before buying, since Voluspa jars swing widely between full price and sale.

Questions and answers

Is the Voluspa Baltic Amber candle worth it?
It is worth it if you want a warm amber-vanilla scent in a large jar that lasts many evenings. Skip it if you need a strong, room-filling throw.
How long does the 18 oz jar burn?
Voluspa rates its large jars for roughly 100 hours of burn time. Burn in sessions of two to three hours so the wax pool reaches the edge.
What does Baltic Amber smell like?
It is a warm, sweet blend of amber resin with sandalwood and vanilla. Expect a cozy, slightly powdery scent rather than a fresh or floral one.
Does it come with a lid?
The large jar ships with a glass lid that doubles as a coaster while burning. Check the listing for the exact lid style, since Voluspa uses several.
When is the best time to buy it?
Voluspa jars are discounted most around holiday sales and site-wide promotions. Compare the current price to its recent range before buying.
