Questions and answers

Is the Voxblock worth it compared with a tablet?
If you want stories without a screen, Wi-Fi or app store, yes. A tablet does far more, but it also brings games, video and notifications the Voxblock avoids.
Does it need Wi-Fi or an app to work?
No. It has no Wi-Fi and no apps. Audiobooks come on physical cards that play when placed on the player.
What comes in the box?
The player and a USB-C charging cable. There is no wall adapter, so you need your own USB adapter to charge it.
Can my child use headphones with it?
Yes, there is a headphone jack. There is no Bluetooth, so headphones must be wired.
How long does the battery last?
Voxblock does not publish a battery life figure for this player, so expect to charge it regularly over USB-C, especially with heavy daily use.
Where do I get the audiobooks?
Audiobooks come as physical cards sold by Voxblock and its retailers. The player cannot download titles, so your choice is limited to the cards available.
Where is the Voxblock Kids Audio Book Player cheapest?
At Fishpond.com, for $57.73, as of our latest check.
