Is the vSeeBox V6 Max worth $260?

At $260 it costs more than most S905Y4 boxes, which typically sell for well under $150. Buy it if you want the bundled backlit remote and 64GB storage; otherwise a cheaper box with the same chip does the same job.

Does it really output 8K?

The box claims 8K@60fps decoding, but almost no streaming service offers 8K and most TVs top out at 4K. Expect 4K output in practice.

Is the Ethernet port gigabit?

No. The specs list a 10/100M RJ45 port, so wired speeds cap at about 100 Mbps even though some marketing text says gigabit.

How much RAM and storage does it have?

It has 4GB of DDR3 RAM and 64GB of eMMC storage. That is enough for streaming apps and some downloads, but DDR3 is older, slower memory.

The box, power adapter, HDMI cable and the backlit Bluetooth voice remote are the standard contents. Confirm the bundle with the seller before ordering.
