The Wade Logan Baun is a 72-inch indoor ceiling fan with five solid wood blades, a brushed nickel body and matte black blades. It uses a DC motor with six speeds and includes a remote. A 72-inch span is large for a typical bedroom; it suits big living rooms, open-plan spaces and vaulted rooms where a standard 52-inch fan moves too little air. It is rated for dry locations only, so it is not for porches or damp rooms.
Lowest price we've seen: $209.99 on Nov 3 at Wayfair. Tracked across 1 store since Nov 3.
Rated 4.7 out of 5 from 450 ratings, the Baun is well received overall. Owners tend to praise the air movement and quiet motor and note the size and looks. Complaints cluster around installation and remote control.
