- What mattress sizes does it take?
- A twin XL mattress on the top bunk and a queen mattress on the bottom. Twin XL is 80 inches long, 5 inches longer than a standard twin.
- Is the price of $549.99 a good deal?
- It is the only new price found, $549.99 at Walmart as of November 7, 2026, so there is no second store to compare against. Check the price history before buying to see whether it has dropped below that.
- Does it include mattresses?
- No. The listing is for the bed frame with storage drawers only; mattresses and bedding are bought separately.
- How much weight can the top bunk hold?
- Wakefit does not publish a weight limit in the specs given. Check the assembly instructions or the product page for the rated capacity before putting an adult on the top bunk.
- Do the drawers fit under the bottom bunk?
- Yes, the storage drawers are built into the frame, so they slide under the lower bed and replace a separate dresser.
- Is it hard to assemble?
- It is a full-size wooden bunk frame, so expect a few hours and two people. A bunk bed this size is not a one-person job.
- Where is the Wakefit Twin XL Over Queen Bunk Bed Frame with Storage Drawers cheapest?
- At Walmart, for $549.99, as of our latest check.
