What size insert does a euro sham need?

A euro sham takes a 26 x 26 inch square insert. Buy a slightly firm insert so the sham holds its shape on the bed.

Are the pillow inserts included?

No. The 4-piece set is shams only, so you need to buy euro inserts separately.

Is 180 thread count good for a sham?

It is adequate. 180 count cotton is durable and breathable but feels rougher than 300 count and up, and it wrinkles more.

Can I machine wash these shams?

Yes. Cotton shams at this weave are typically machine washable cold and tumble dried low. Check the care label on the set you receive before the first wash.

Will the Mudan floral print match other Waverly bedding?

Waverly repeats its prints across quilts, sheets and curtains, so the Mudan pattern is easiest to pair with solid colors or other Mudan pieces rather than a second bold floral.

When is the best time to buy?

Bedding sets like this usually drop during white sales in January and during fall back-to-school promotions. Compare the price against its recent range before buying.

Our take on the Waverly Mudan Floral Euro Sham

The Waverly Mudan Euro sham is a 26-inch square cotton pillow sham in Waverly's Mudan floral print, sold here as a 4-piece set. It uses 180 thread count cotton, a mid-weight weave that is breathable and easy to wash but not especially smooth or wrinkle-resistant. Euro shams are the large square pillows that sit behind standard pillows on a made bed, so this set suits a layered look rather than a simple two-pillow setup. No current price was available to compare against its recent range.
