Is the SP-E-335 worth it over the E-325?

The main additions are the side burner and the WEBER CRAFTED grate system. If you cook sides outdoors or want griddle inserts, the step up is worth it; otherwise the E-325 covers basic grilling for less.

Can I convert it to natural gas?

Weber sells a natural gas version of this model, and conversion kits exist, but you should use the manufacturer's kit for your exact model. Running propane through a natural gas setup, or the reverse, is unsafe.

The grill ships with the three main burners, side burner, stainless steel CRAFTED grates, warming rack and lid thermometer. CRAFTED inserts, a cover and a propane tank are not included.

How many people can it cook for?

The 513 sq in primary area holds about 20 burgers, and total cooking area is 641 sq in with the warming rack. That suits four to eight people comfortably.

The Genesis SP-E-335 is a three-burner freestanding propane grill with 513 square inches of primary cooking space and a 12,000 BTU side burner. It uses Weber's PureBlu burners and the WEBER CRAFTED stainless steel grate system, which accepts drop-in inserts like a griddle or pizza stone. A built-in lid thermometer and 39,000 BTU main output round out the package. It sits in the upper-middle of Weber's Genesis line, above the base E-325 and below the larger, pricier Summit models.
