Our take on the WildmanT Monster Cock Swim Brief White

The WildmanT Monster Cock Swim Brief is a men's swim brief built around an oversized anatomical pouch, larger than the brand's Big Boy Pouch. The pouch separates the genitals from the thighs to reduce pinching and sticking, and the suit uses 90% nylon and 10% Lycra with an inside drawstring. At $47.00 at Amazon as of November 4, 2026, it sits at the low end of its recent range, with only two stores pricing it new.

Best forWell-endowed swimmers who find standard briefs too tightBuyers who outgrew WildmanT's Big Boy PouchCompetitive or lap swimmers wanting a low-drag briefMen who want an anatomical pouch in swimwear

Cons

Niche fit; the oversized pouch looks and feels unusual to some
