Questions and answers

Is the Bridgehampton sofa worth the price?
It is a frame-only purchase in cast aluminum and stainless steel, so the value depends on how much you spend on cushions. Buy it if you want a rust-resistant metal sofa that will stay put on a porch for years.
Do cushions come with it?
No. The box contains the sofa frame and levelers only. Seat cushions in Williams Sonoma's performance fabrics are sold separately.
How does it hold up in rain and salt air?
The cast aluminum and stainless steel construction with a powder-coated finish is made to resist weather and corrosion. Even so, bring cushions inside during heavy rain and long off-seasons.
How many people does it seat?
It is listed as a single sofa with a linear silhouette and a planked seat. Expect it to seat two to three adults comfortably, depending on the cushions you add.
How hard is assembly?
Assembly is required, and the frame weighs 60 lb, so plan for two people to move and bolt it together. The included levelers let you adjust it on uneven surfaces.
When is the best time to buy?
Outdoor furniture tends to be discounted at the end of summer and during holiday sales. Check the price history on this page before buying.
