Questions and answers

Is this rug soft enough for a bedroom?
No. Jute and sisal are coarse flatweaves, so it suits hallways and entries better than barefoot bedrooms.
Can it go over floor heating?
Yes. The listing states it is floor-heating safe.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum without a beater bar and spot-clean with a dry cloth. Avoid soaking it, since water can stain jute.
Is it reversible?
No. The listing says it is not reversible, so rotate it to even out wear.
What size is it exactly?
It is 2'3" wide by 9' long, with a 0.25-inch pile height.
When is the best time to buy?
Prices on natural-fiber runners tend to dip during seasonal home sales. Track the price history and compare both new listings before buying.
